Cold Room Insulating Panels

These panels can be designed and produced in modular or industrial structure for various dimensions and temperatures.
The injected polyurethane has an average density of 40 kg/m³ (± 2)
Provides excellent insulation thanks to low thermal conductivity (0.022 Kcal/m hC) of polyurethane
The panels are mounted and dismounted via eccentric hook lock system
0.50 mm thick galvanized steel sheet, polyester painted galvanized steel sheet, PVC coated galvanized steel sheet or AISI 304 type stainless steel sheet can be used as panel surface material.
Floor panels, below surface 0.50 mm galvanized steel sheet, upper surface can be PVC coated steel sheet, AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, glass fibre reinforced polyester or special patterned anti-slip plywood. To increase the floor panel load resistance, 10 mm plywood is applied under to the upper surface materials. For more load bearing up to 3500 kg/m², special supports can be provided as well.
